You will be more than comfortable during your stay at this well-equipped family holiday home set in a quiet court but still within walking distance to the Bright township. Alrima Lodge is sure to delight.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests)
Bedroom 1 - Double Bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds

All linen including sheets and towels is provided at this property.

KITCHEN & DINING
The good sized kitchen with plenty of bench space is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooking. The dining area features dining/seating for 6 and overlooks the established peaceful garden.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The open plan living area features a leather lounge setting, TV, DVD player, stereo system with iPhone dock, and board games for the family.

Please note: This property DOES NOT have WIFI

HEATING & COOLING
The living area features a gas heater and a reverse cycle system to keep the temperature comfortable all year round. A wood fire is also available for you to use. (NOTE: Firewood and fire starting items are NOT supplied. These are available from supermarkets and service stations should you choose to use the fireplace).

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom was recently renovated and features a separate shower, bath and vanity. The toilet is separate. There is also a second bathroom off the laundry with a shower, hand basin and toilet.

OUTDOORS
Catch the morning sun, or a cool summer breeze on either the front or back verandah and enjoy the quiet established garden. Steps within the garden led you up to a grassy area with an outdoor entertainment area complete with gas BBQ and outdoor seating.

PET POLICY
Alrima Lodge has a strict NO PET policy.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available at this property for guests to use.

PARKING
There is undercover parking for one car, and off-road parking for two more cars.

  The home was in a fantastic location and clean throughout. The decor is a little on the older side, but the beds were fantastic and plenty of hot water for showers after hiking all day. Kitchen well equipped for all you general cooking needs.
  Limited on the extra niceties, bed side lamps, WiFi, heater in the second small bathroom but that is reflected in the great price.
  We had a main light globe out of order on day 3 and property managers fixed same day.
  I would certainly stay here again.

  Alrima Lodge is set in a quiet street, walking distance into the town centre. It was clean and all linen/towels were supplied. Plenty of hot water and a well equipped kitchen. Games and dvd’s also available. Beds were quite comfortable. Could do with a new bbq, we didn’t use it. A fan is supplied in the main bedroom, but would be good if pedestal fans were also in other bedrooms.

  Alrima lodge was in a quiet setting, not too far from was very clean and had a well supplied Kitchen. The main bathroom was great. Good sized shower and plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable and the lounge couches were comfy.Needed a cupboard in the kitchen to store food supplies.
