Camelia Place is the ideal holiday accommodation for a small group that wish to be super close to town and almost right on the rail trail.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 4 people)
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds

All linen and towels are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen features electric stove and oven with fridge/freezer and dishwasher and is well equipped with all you will need. The dining table seats six and is located in the lounge.

LOUNGE
The lounge features a two seater lounge and two armchairs, a TV with integrated DVD player and a combustion fire. A selection of DVDs are provided.

There is no WIFI at this property.

HEATING & COOLING
The lounge room features a combustion fire to keep you cosy and warm during winter and a large split system to keep you cool in summer. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower with separate bath and vanity. The toilet is separate.

OUTDOORS
The small grassy backyard features a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

PET POLICY
Camelia Place is not pet friendly.

LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron & ironing board.

PARKING
There is undercover parking for one car and space for another car off street.

    We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is very central, it is neat and clean an comfortable. It was spacious enough for our family of four. The only complaint/feedback I would give is that the queen bed mattress has lost its life and is not very comfortable. It most definitely needs an upgrade, I can see other reviews have raised the same issue. Would the owners consider replacing the queen mattress for a completely comfortable stay for guests?

    Have stayed in this property a few times and it continues to please. Fairly standard but has all the amenities you need and is clean and comfortable. And close to town. Wifi would be a nice addition, but not a deal breaker.

    We enjoyed our stay in this small 2 bedroom home. It was clean and tidy and ideally close to the centre of town, in a quiet leafy street. For greater comfort, we would recommend improvement on the queen bed and lounge chairs.

    I love staying in Bright & Camelia Place is close to town, walking distance to everything & bike trail across the road. Great service from property manager’s with detail instructions & emails. Property could’ve been cleaner. Mainly dust on window sills, cobwebs & carpets were stained. Overall the beds were clean & comfy & there is everything you need if you decide to cook or do your washing. I would definitely stay here again.
