Camelia Place is the ideal holiday accommodation for a small group that wish to be super close to town and almost right on the rail trail.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds
All linen and towels are provided.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen features electric stove and oven with fridge/freezer and dishwasher and is well equipped with all you will need. The dining table seats six and is located in the lounge.
LOUNGE
The lounge features a two seater lounge and two armchairs, a TV with integrated DVD player and a combustion fire. A selection of DVDs are provided.
There is no WIFI at this property.
HEATING & COOLING
The lounge room features a combustion fire to keep you cosy and warm during winter and a large split system to keep you cool in summer. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower with separate bath and vanity. The toilet is separate.
OUTDOORS
The small grassy backyard features a gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
PET POLICY
Camelia Place is not pet friendly.
LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron & ironing board.
PARKING
There is undercover parking for one car and space for another car off street.
