Tucked away in a quiet street is 'The Track'.... a beautiful double storey townhouse. Step out the door and on to the Rail Trail which leads to many of our local attractions and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All four bedrooms are located downstairs . All linen, including towels is provided at this property.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen will provide you with inspiration to entertain with all modern fixtures including a dishwasher, fridge, electric cooking and microwave. The dining room features a gorgeous table with seating for 8 and extra seating at the kitchen bench for 4.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The beautifully decorated home features a modern open plan living space on the top floor. A spacious lounge room with leather lounge seating for 6, a plasma TV and DVD player.

HEATING & COOLING
The master bedroom has a split system heating/cooling and the three other rooms have an electric wall heater. There are two further reverse cycle airconditioning units in the upstairs lounge/dining area as well as a gas heater.
BATHROOMS
In addition to the master ensuite, the downstairs main bathroom features a bath, shower and vanity with a separate toilet. There is a powder room off the main living area with a toilet and vanity.
OUTDOORS
Make use of the generous gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
PET POLICY
The Track has a strict NO pet policy.
LAUNDRY
The spacious laundry has all you need including a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
PARKING
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. Please note that the garage is not for guests use.
