CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

Linen and towels are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is self-contained with all of your basic requirements including electric stove & oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.

LOUNGE
The living area is very comfortable with seating for 5 with a TV and DVD player.
WIFI is available at this property.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the living area keeps the house cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is spacious and features a deep bath and separate shower, toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
20 Toorak Ave has a fully fenced backyard with both a wood and gas BBQ and pergola. It is spacious, perfect for kids that need room to play and within walking distance to the park and river.

PET POLICY
Pine View Cottage is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities are located in the bathroom and include a washing machine and laundry tub. A clothes line is located in the back yard.

PARKING
A carport accommodates one car undercover and a further car can be accommodated off street.

    Fantastic location that was so close to town, plus it is pet friendly which was terrific. The home was very clean and had everything we needed - but it could do with more bedding because it gets very cold at night and the doonas were very thin. Overall a great house in a great location

    Small but tidy, clean and quiet. Excellent heating. Great location, easy walking distance to shops, walking and bike paths and eateries. Didn't use the barbeques out the back but they looked clean. May need a light if using them at night. Well fenced

    perfect little house with everything you need, great location within easy walking distance to town and river. yard is secure for dogs. the only downfall was not being able to use the wood fired BBQ out the back, which wouldn't have bothered me if I knew prior to our stay. overall happy with our stay.

    This was our 4th time staying at 20 Toorak Road and the 14 day stay was our longest yet. The house is comfortable, superb location literally 3 minutes from town. Plenty of area for the dogs to roam and a wonderful large shady tree at the front ideal for cooling off and relaxing.

    Our stay was very good close to town walking distance to everything things they could improver on are having a proper clothes line as a family of 6 it wasn’t enough space and have fans in the bedroom as the air con can’t reach the bedrooms
