The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with electric cooking and fridge with freezer. The dining table seats 4 and is located in the lounge room.
LOUNGE
The loungeroom is very comfortable and has a very generous library of books to read during your stay and a TV with built-in DVD player.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the lounge keeps the unit cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Both beds also have electric blankets for when the nights are extra chilly.The temperature within the house can be controlled by the reverse cycle air conditioning located in the lounge.
BATHROOM
The bathroom consists of a shower with separate bath tub and vanity. The toilet is separate.
OUTDOORS
A private courtyard at the rear of the unit is the perfect place to sit, relax and catch up with friends. The BBQ is electric and the outdoor setting seats 4 and is under cover.
PET POLICY
Haywood Retreat is not a pet friendly property.
The temperature within the house can be controlled by the reverse cycle air conditioning located in the lounge.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is located off the kitchen and features a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
PARKING
Haywood Retreat features an undercover parking for one car and space for a second car off street.
