CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Linen and towels are provided at Old Mill Park.
KITCHEN & DINING
Old Mill Park has a full sized kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric stove and cook top, electric frypan, slow cooker, wok and more. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. There is a large dining table with seating for twelve people.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
There are wo separate lounge rooms, Both have TV, DVD player and chromecast to create great spaces for both children and adults.
HEATING & COOLING
Split systems throughout the house will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Every room has a wall heater and fan. The queen and double beds are fitted with electric blankets.

PET POLICY
Old Mill Park is pet friendly, however the yard is not enclosed, there is a gate on the front deck area to keep them secure. There is a pet fee payable of $45 and a maximum of 2 pets. To ensure that Bright Holidays can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you please clean up after your pets.
LAUNDRY
The laundry has a washing machine and separate dryer, iron and ironing board
PARKING
There is sufficient space to park four cars at the top of the steep drive.
