Old Mill Park is an ideally located and well loved family home, offering stunning views across the valley and a short stroll into the centre of Bright. The well known Rail Trail is at your doorstep, making it ideal for great walks and cycling.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 18 guests in 6 bedrooms)

Bedroom Three: Tri Bunk – double and single on top plus one single trundle bed (supply own linen for trundle)
Bedroom Four: Double bed
Bedroom Five: Queen Bed
Bedroom Six: 2 sets of single bunks (4 singles in total) and 2 single trundle beds (supply own linen for trundles)

Linen and towels are provided at Old Mill Park.

KITCHEN & DINING
Old Mill Park has a full sized kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric stove and cook top, electric frypan, slow cooker, wok and more. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. There is a large dining table with seating for twelve people.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
There are wo separate lounge rooms, Both have TV, DVD player and chromecast to create great spaces for both children and adults.

HEATING & COOLING
Split systems throughout the house will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Every room has a wall heater and fan. The queen and double beds are fitted with electric blankets.

OUTDOORS
A weber BBQ is located on the back paved area just near the kitchen for convenience

PET POLICY
Old Mill Park is pet friendly, however the yard is not enclosed, there is a gate on the front deck area to keep them secure. There is a pet fee payable of $45 and a maximum of 2 pets. To ensure that Bright Holidays can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you please clean up after your pets.

LAUNDRY
The laundry has a washing machine and separate dryer, iron and ironing board

PARKING
There is sufficient space to park four cars at the top of the steep drive.

    We stayed at Mill Park for a week in January. The house has been recently refurbished and is perfectly appointed for large group gatherings. It is easily the most well appointed property we have rented with every single kitchen appliance or item that you would need! Plenty of bedrooms and space for people to spread out. Very clean throughout. Great location, just a short walk into town. Overall, highly recommended!

    We have stayed at Old Mill Park twice now and loved it. The extended family all come along - there are plenty of bedrooms and the kids really appreciate the spacious living area and big verandah. The rail trail is probably the best in Victoria and goes right past the front gate. We would love to come again.

    This is a really outstanding house only a short walk from the town centre and right on the bike path. The seven bedrooms were perfect for our extended family of 13 - we would love to come back again.
