BlueMill Escape is the perfect destination for a large group looking to holiday together but still wanting luxury, comfort, style and plenty of space.

BlueMill Cottage and BlueMill Lodge are two beautiful properties situated side-by- side on the high side of Blue Wren Close, Bright. Booking both properties allows up to 12 guests to enjoy a holiday together a Blue Mill Escape. These cottages are situated within walking distance to the many cafes, bars and specialty shops on offer in Bright.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
Each property has a kitchen where everything you can think of for the kitchen is supplied including cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, cook top, coffee plungers and coffee pod machine, crockery, cutlery, glassware and more. A quaint country style dining table and chairs for 8 is the perfect place to start your morning. With views across the valley an extra cup of coffee maybe needed, just so you can spend more time looking at the view!

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Each house features a luxurious lounge with seating for 6. A digital TV, home theatre system and library of movies and music provide your entertainment. Upstairs at the Blue Mills you will find the perfect little hideaway for the kids. A digital TV, blu-ray player, movies, games, toys, books are all provided for the children to enjoy. A home away from home!
WIFI is available at this property.

HEATING & COOLING
Split systems throughout the houses will keep you cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Electric blankets are also fitted. Number 7 also has a wood heater.

BATHROOMS
The main bathrooms feature a shower, vanity and toilet. The en-suite bathrooms off the downstairs main bedrooms have a large spa bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

OUTDOORS
The yards are fully fenced with grass and paved areas. Seating for 6+, umbrella, gas BBQ and once again the stunning views for you to enjoy.

PET POLICY
BlueMill Escape is pet friendly, with a fully fenced yards, so your four legged friend can relax and enjoy Bright with you. There is an additional charge of $45 per dog (maximum of two per property). To ensure that Bright Holidays can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you please clean up after your pets.

LAUNDRY
The laundries are European style located in the kitchen with washing machine, dryer and trough.

PARKING
There is parking for four cars under shade cloth at the top of the steep drive.

Both BlueMill Lodge and BlueMill Cottage can be booked as separate properties, accommodating up to 6 guests per property. See either BlueMill Cottage or BlueMill Lodge for more details and bookings.
