Situated on beautiful Delany Avenue, this neat, compact unit has been freshly renovated and lovingly decorated. Located in a quiet court of four, this unit is within walking distance to all Bright has to offer.4/47 Delany Ave is perfect for a couples getaway, two couples or a small family.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The beautiful modern kitchen has made the most of the space available and includes a dishwasher, microwave and good sized fridge. A gorgeous solid timber dining table that comfortably seats six makes for a cosy kitchen/dining area.

LOUNGE
The lounge includes a comfy three seater and two seater lounge, TV and DVD player.

WIFI is not available.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the lounge area keeps the unit cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

BATHROOM
The brand new bathroom features a large shower and the toilet is located separately off the laundry.

OUTDOORS
The exterior features a small but private backyard with an electric BBQ.

    Clean home with enough space for 5 guests. Really convenient location to get on the road to Hotham. The house is a little cold, especially the toilet (freezing in winter!) and there's not enough heaters provided to warm the home. There were electric blankets in each bed which were very much needed.

    We stayed at this place several times over the years. This time we were a bit disappointed. Oven was not clean, there were only two cutying knives, no soup ladle, tempremental toaster..
    Other than these everything else was fine. Warm cosy place. We will probably stay again at the same place. We are sure the owners will rectify these problems by then..

    We had a lovely stay in this two bedroom unit. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It is close to the centre of Bright and an easy walk to restaurants and the Cherry Walk.
