CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed, walk-in robe and generous ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed and walk-in robe
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds

All bedding and bath towels are provided

KITCHEN, DINING, LOUNGE
The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is open and spacious with direct internal access to the double garage. The kitchen is modern and well equipped so the perfect place to entertain.
There is a small TV room should not everyone want to watch the same thing or just relax with a book

This property has WIFI.

HEATING & COOLING
The property features ducted split system heating and cooling.

BATHROOMS
There is an ensuite to the master and a separate family bathroom which features a bath and a shower.

OUTDOORS
There's an excellent undercover entertainment area with a built-in BBQ and a secure, fully fenced private backyard.

PET POLICY
This property has a strict NO PET policy.

LAUNDRY
A full laundry is provided complete with washing machine and dryer.

PARKING
The double garage has internal access to the dining area and there is room for another car in the driveway if required.

  Lovely home, all the amenities needed with good Wi Fi and a pleasant surprise with availability of Foxtel although the addition of Fox Sports to the package would have enhanced the viewing. Home exactly as advertised with short walk to town and an even shorter walk to an indoor heated pool and excellent gym. If visiting Bright again will be seeking the availability of this property. Well done to the property owner for the house’s presentation.

  Was planning on travelling to Darwin and Cairns for holidays. Decided against as concerned about lockdowns. A few friends had mentioned Bright being a great place to go in Victoria. The house has all amenities and is well set up for a family to stay. Only a 10 minute walk into town and 1 hour drives to Mount Hotham and Mount Buffalo. We highly recommend this place to stay for a getaway.

  Overall it was very good. Albeit a few minor inconvenience. The centralised heating did not really work, only air-conditioning worked. Although the portable panel heating was provided but not every room had it so we had to take turn to use it between room 2 & room 3. The remote control for the garage door did not work, battery is flat. Again we had to manual pull up and down the door.
