Gorgeous pet friendly getaway located in a quiet lane that leads to the Ovens River and Cherry Walk.Take a leisurely stroll into Bright in under 20 minutes or take the car and be in the town centre in a flash!

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
The master bedroom features a king size bed, large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of space to store away your luggage.

The second bedroom has two king singles with a freestanding robe.

Both bedrooms have dimmer lights, ceiling fans and electric blankets for the cool winter nights.

All bedding and towels are included in the tariff.

KITCHEN / DINING / LOUNGE
These incredibly popular holiday units have new owners and are now under the management of Bright Holidays. This unit offers spacious open plan living/dining with galley style kitchen. Quality appliances including Bosch oven, Beko dishwasher and Westinghouse refrigerator. Relax in the comfortable couches and watch a DVD or gather around the dining table for a meal with family or friends. All crockery, cutlery and cooking items are provided for your convenience so just stock up at the local supermarket and cook up a feast!

This property has WIFI

Enjoy the ambience and comfort of the slow combustion fire in the cooler months whilst the reverse cycle system can cool you down as the temperature heats up oustide. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

Complimentary Wifi is included in the tariff; access details are included in the property's compendium.

HEATING & COOLING
The lounge features a reverse cycling A/C as well as a slow combustion fireplace for maximum warmth and ambience in winter. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to disperse the hot or cold air depending on the season.

BATHROOM
Large bathroom with shower and bath with separate toilet. Complimentary Molton Brown products are provided for use during your stay; enjoy!

OUTDOORS
Guests have access to secure bike storage so bring your wheels and explore the valley and surrounding trails. The gardens at these units have been admired for many years and continue to be beautifully maintained for your enjoyment regardless of the season.

PET POLICY
The securely fenced area is perfect for your pet to enjoy the holiday with you however please clean up after your dog or a fee will be charged. There is a gate from the yard that leads to the communal area shared by all four properties. NOTE: At NO time can your pet be left alone at the property so please ensure you have someone to dog sit if you plan on heading out.

LAUNDRY
European style laundry with Fisher & Paykel washing machine and Simpson dryer. Please note to use the communal washing line at the rear of Unit 4 whenever possible.

PARKING
On site parking for one vehicle is available with this unit.

  Had some trouble getting split system to work but eventually got it to work. Had to switch on manually on unit - which would have been challenging had you not had height (of my husband) Could have benefitted from instructions. Bedding was very light, and wasn’t aware that there was more until we were leaving

  Our fur baby and family loved our 5 day stay in Bright. The accommodation was modern, clean and Very central to Bright with a private fully fenced yard and beautiful gardens.   We really enjoyed out stay at Tyntynder Garden Cottage 2. It was close to the Ovens river (1 min walk) which was great for exhausting our dog Toby. The gardens were so relaxing and the cottage had everything we needed. Roughly 25 min walk into Bright which again was great to wearing out our dog so he was happy to sit at a picnic table/coffee shop while we had lunch etc. most places in town were happy for our dog to join us. The host also left us some dog treats and a dog toy which was a lovely Suprise (thank you).

  We had a great three day / two night break in late spring staying at Tyntynder Cottage 2. A great time of the year to be in that part of the world. The semi attached self contained flat was v. clean, modern, bright, roomy and comfortable - and quiet. A deck out the back overlooking a fenced-in leafy yard was ideal for our dog and a good spot to store the bikes. The river and trails were very close by - a couple of hundred metres down the road. Easy walk/ride to the pub and cafes/shops. On the expensive side but well worth the extra for what we got. We're looking forward to getting back there in autumn.

  We chose to return to Tuntynder Cottage since we have stayed here before and enjoy the well appointed cottage in its tranquil surrounds. Our German Shepherd has plenty of place outside and in and its a short walk to the riverside trail. Unfortunately we couldnt light the fire place this time since there were no firelighters. Otherwise the ameneties are very inclusive and makes the stay comfortable.

  On arriving at the cottage, we were pleasantly surprised with the size, utilities and homely feel. This cottage also had a great set up for dogs, with toys, food bowl and a lovely wee package with toy, treats and things, which was lovely. The cottage was very clean with all the home from home utilities. Had a couple of BBQs in the evening, sitting outside in the back garden, I would definitely book this accommodation again. Oh, and a short 10min ish walk to the town.

  The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable. The only thing that I could possibly say it needed was a fire screen to go in front of the coonara, as we didn’t light it for that reason in case our dog stuck her big nose on it and burnt herself. Otherwise the whole cottage and where it is situated was perfect.

  Our family enjoyed our stay at Tyntynder Cottage 2. Including our children and furbaby. The fence yard was perfect, and watching the beautiful birds is lovely. They even had a welcome gift bag for our furbaby. The cottage was well located & wonderfully equipped to be a home away from home. It was mostly well maintained and clean but maybe including a small collapsible laundry horse might be helpful so that one doesn’t need to go to the end of the cottages to hang out laundry. We love the small touches such as ample hangers in the wardrobes, the heated towel racks, well equipped coffee and tea selection.

  The Cottage is in a fabulous location, very quiet and the backyard area simply stunning. All the amenities you could require, well maintained, easy pick and drop off of keys.
  
  The only thing we didn't like was the beds, they were very hard and need replacing.
  
  And a warning for visitors with senior dogs - there are 4 steps to the secure backyard area, one of my dogs really struggled. Otherwise this area is perfect, with a larger shared space behind. The bird life is beautiful.

  We stayed in the Tyntynder cottage during the Christmas New Years break and it was perfect, so safe for our 2 year old son and only a short walk to come great river spots. We usually stay a little closer to town but thoroughly enjoyed being out of the busy town centre most days and exploring the rest Bright has to offer. House was sparkling and well equipped. Will stay again :)

  This is the second time we have visited Tyntynder Cottages and it was fantastic both times. The cottage is neat and tidy and has everything you need.
  
  You are made to feel very welcome with a free bottle of wine on arrival; a take home bag with treats for us and the dogs; as well as the cottage has a basket full of dog toys for use during your stay.
  
  The cottage is close to town if you want to walk or ride, and you can go either by the road or along the river. Close to all of the shops and restaurants - about a 2 min drive, 10 min ride or 20 min walk - choice is yours.

  Arrived at the cottage and received a lovely welcome bag of goodies for our dog and a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful.
  We have stayed at cottage 4 a few times and whilst 2 was very similar,the garden was rather smaller .Only negative point was the garden was smaller and our dog didn't like the stones too much and prefers grass .
  That said overall we enjoyed plenty of walks and enjoyed the quiet location,near to the river .
  The cottage was clean and very comfortable and we did enjoy our stay very much .

  We had a wonderful little getaway in this gorgeous, extremely well presented cottage! It was Pet friendly so we could take our border collie who just loved swimming in the river which ran through the back of the property. She was even given her own welcome pack on arrival with Doggy treats and toys! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and a BBQ on the patio! We had our elderly parents with us and found it to be very well equipped for them too..( Not too many stairs). The location was great as it was an easy 20 min walk into the heart of Bright. Would definitely recommend this absolute delight! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

  My husband and I stayed here three weeks ago and this place is cosy and so much warmth.Although further out from the town centre walking but only 5 mins drive in. The backyard was like a serene sanctuary, with an array of green trees, a short walk from Ovens river. We wanted peace and quiet and so we've got it!

  Avery dog friendly place. Great for walks etc. The unit was very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. The only downside was the distance to town It was too far for us to walk. If this does not bother you then I highly recommend it.
