With the Rail Trail at your front door and the Bright Golf Course down the road, this holiday house is the perfect spot to base your Bright getaway. The added bonus of being pet friendly means the whole family can holiday together. The property provides ample parking and leafy vistas from all windows.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

KITCHEN
This property has a fantastic kitchen complete with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave and family sized fridge/freezer. All crockery and cutlery are provided so you can cook for everyone with ease.

DINING & LOUNGE
The open plan dining and lounge room is the perfect place for everyone to come together with direct access to the rear garden via the sliding doors. Comfortable couches and a flat screen TV and DVD player provide a spacious area to relax and unwind after a day enjoying all the nearby activities. Make the most of the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends as WIFI is not available at this property and mobile phone reception is intermittent.

Please note: This property DOES NOT have WIFI and mobile reception is unreliable.

HEATING & COOLING
Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans providing comfort for the warmer nights with the king room having a split system. The lounge also has a reverse cycle air-conditioner heating/cooling the open plan area.

BATHROOMS
Downstairs - Shower over bath and separate toilet.
Upstairs - Shower and toilet
Laundry - There is an additional toilet in the downstairs laundry

OUTDOORS
The securely fenced rear yard complete with BBQ is a safe environment for your pet to enjoy whilst you are entertaining outside. There is a clothesline and plenty of off-street parking for up to three cars. With the Rail Trail at your door step you can bring your bikes and ride into town in under 10 minutes or head to Porepunkah for a change of scenery.

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. To ensure that Bright Holidays is able to continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you pick up after your pets.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine and separate dryer along with iron and ironing board. There is a toilet in the laundry for guests convenience.

PARKING
There is ample parking for 3 cars on a level surface.

    Lovely house right on the rail trail and a few minutes walk from the river, near some lovely paddling, fishing and floating spots. The house is spacious with large rooms upstairs and good space in the kitchen, lounge and dining area. We easily fit our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. Thanks for a great Bright holiday, we hope to be back!

    Great property for 2 families with kids, we had 4 adults and 4 kids and could have easily fit more! Nice location with a walking trail along the front past the beautiful trees and golf course. having a full laundry with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen fully decked out with crockery, cuttlrey, pots, pans & utensils was great!

    This well appointed holiday stay meant that our family were well served for a 5 day stay. Two dogs were able to safely contained, and the kitchen was well appointed for family meals. One down side was poor mobile service at the house for both the Telstra and Optus networks.

    Our first family holiday to the Bright area. Most enjoyable time in a beautiful part of the state. Accommodation was perfect for our needs. 6 adults and 3 children. Dog friendly fenced area was perfect.
    Only negative comment was lack of plugs (bath for children) and laundry sink. Also a washing basket would have been helpful.
    Would definitely recommend this accommodation, and location was very peaceful with pleasant easy walking path into town (20 minutes walk)

    Clearly nobody had visited the property in awhile, lawn needed moving (could have lost a small dog in the back yard)
    Greeted by face full of cobwebs as we entered the house.
    Dead bird on the balcony, been there at least 1 month !
    Beer bottle tops under the couch cushions.
    BBQ covered in bugs.
    If these simply things were addressed it’s an awesome family house in a great location, very comfortable.
