Lovely modern home tucked away at the end of a quiet court within easy walking distance of the town centre. The property backs on to Bennetts Walk and there is an enclosed yard for your pet.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

A modern kitchen in an open plan kitchen, dining & living area layout. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer and electric stove/oven. The dining table can seat up to 6 people

LOUNGE
Featuring two living areas, the main living area forms part of the open plan kitchen/dining/living and the other can be shut off from the main living area. Both areas have TV's & DVD.

HEATING & COOLING
The property has ducted heating/cooling throughout plus a wood fire for the chilly months. *PLEASE NOTE firewood is not provided at this property and can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations. We supply s starter supply kindling, firelighters and matches.

Main bathroom: shower, bath, vanity (toilet is separate)
Ensuite: shower, toilet & vanity

OUTDOORS
19 Georgian Court has a fully fenced side yard that can be accessed from the front of the property and from the sliding doors off the dining area. Through the sliding doors at the rear of the property, you will find an open grassed area out to Bennetts Walk with a gas BBQ and table and seating.

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome. The side yard is fully fenced and the garage is a perfect sleeping spot for your furry friend.

To enable Bright Holidays to continue offering pet friendly accommodation, we ask that you ensure you clean up after your pet.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine and dryer are available in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING & BIKE STORAGE
There is a lock up garage perfect for your car and bikes as well as sufficient driveway space to park two cars.

    The house was superb, location spot on close to shops pubs etc I would rent again.
    Only found was waiting for security deposit 2 weeks this was first time we had to pay security deposit.

    This house was so well equipped. I always take things like soap and kitchen paper etc but this house had it all - even a good amount of cleaning products. You really don't need anything other than your food and clothes. The garden was safe and secure for our dog and included shade. There were plenty of water bowls for her too. The location of the house with the river behind it, is amazing and my kids had a ball just playing in the river. Easy access along the camp ground to town. The beds were comfy and the sheets and blankets were clean. I would definitely come back to this house again.

    The pics don’t do this place justice! Great location, lots of space, garage is perfect if you’re bringing your own bikes to lock up. Great enclosed yard for our little dog. Opens up to a path along the river at the back. Would highly recommend!

    Lovely home very suitable for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Enough space to spread out, and great access to Morse's Creek at the back door, and town only a few minutes walk through caravan park. We booked because it was pet friendly, but didn't end up taking our dog- next time we will because the yard was great and garage secure for nights.

    19 Georgian Court is in a great location, a short 10-15 minute stroll to the Brewery for a great long lunch! Secure, private modern home.
    The 2 living areas are perfect, and were appreciated by us.
    The house was presented extremely clean.
    Having access to the garage was great.
    Only suggestion is for a new comfortable outdoor setting area.
    We would definitely book to stay again.
