Amazing location! A generous sized modern home ideal for one or more families within an easy walk to the town centre. Two lounges allow for families to spread out, relax and enjoy the extra space. It offers all the mod cons and is tastefully decorated with brand new furnishings and quality mattresses. A perfect home away from home.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

All linen and towels are provided and all beds have quality mattresses.

KITCHEN & DINING
This property offers open plan kitchen and dining. The kitchen features all modern appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and another fridge freezer in the garage. There is ample cookware for those families who prefer to prepare their own meals and the dining room table is large enough to accommodate everyone.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
At the front of the house is a large lounge room with 3 settees, TV and a wood heater where you can all relax and catch up. At the rear of the house, off the dining area is a smaller lounge with 2 settees, TV and DVD player where you could put the kids to entertain themselves. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

Ducted heating and cooling will keep you comfortable all year round and a wood heater in the front lounge for those chilly winter months.

A lovely open yard for the kids to play and offering two undercover areas. A large outside setting and lovely big BBQ to seat the whole family. The upper rotunda has a smaller outside setting, a lovely place to relax during the day.

    Wonderful stay with all the luxuries of home. Great size lounge with a number of couches and fireplace to keep us all warm and toasty. The beds were very comfortable, with renovated and clean bathrooms. Great location, quiet area but walking distance to town

    Good house with two large living rooms and two large TV'S Outdoor area has a generous table and great big BBQ perfect for the family, large flat block in a quiet street walking distance to the shops and river. Will be back, family favourite.

    Love staying at this house, the kitchen is well equiped, the BBQ is great along with the outdoor living area and two living rooms with two great TVS, makes living here feel like home.
    The lock up garage with bike racks is great along with the second fridge for drinks. My only gripe is the pillows on all the beds are horrible and i suggest you bring your own as these are not good at all.

    What a beautiful holiday home it was. honestly in my opinion the photos advertised simply do not do justice. all bedrooms are tucked away from the living areas, where you can have a ball in the living area while kids are happily sleeping.

    We were 100% happy with the house, and really appreciated the additional cookware and accessories the kitchen came with as we prefer to eat in. The location is incredible, just a short walk across the river to the heart of Bright! Love the seperate living area, and we used the two outdoor spaces alot.     Wonderful stay at this home (despite being in lockdown half way through). Very clean and spacious. We were two families of four each and never felt on top of each other. Great having two living rooms and the fire was perfect for the cold evenings. Easy stroll to town across a little footbridge and we enjoyed the river walks too. Will definitely be back again.

    We had a wonderful time in the house, we loved the two living areas and the two outdoor spaces and large BBQ.
    The kitchen was so well equipped we needed nothing, including the coffee machine. The TV were amazing and the beds very comfy, the place was spotless a the design meant that no one was under any ones feet. The location was minutes away from the Brewery and despite the busy time it was quiet and peaceful in the street. We also loved the garage with the bike racks and spare fridge for the beers. Only issue were the pillows in our master bedroom which were aweful, just need to upgrade them. But definiatley come again
