Atticus Cottage

This light filled funky holiday cottage is a stones throw from restaurants, eateries, shops, the river and splash park. You will enjoy this place for its modern and simple atmosphere, privacy and location, perfect for a wonderful holiday in Bright. The house is suitable for a small group of friends, a family and/or solo adventurers.

Set back off the road on Cobden Street, Atticus Cottage will offer you all the convenience of being in the town but with a sense of country peace and quiet.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (sleeps a maximum of 6 people)
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds
Bedroom 3 - 1 set of single bunks

All bedding and bath towels are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
A compact kitchen offering electric stove, oven and microwave are available along with a full size fridge/freezer. A six seater dining table is on offer in the lounge room or perhaps you can bask in the sunlight while you enjoy your morning cuppa on the cafe table and stools in the kitchen.

LOUNGE
A "L" shaped lounge with ottoman, at the rear of the house, will have you put your feet up while relaxing in front of the TV or catching up on the days events with your family and friends. WIFI is available at Atticus Cottage.

Ducted heating & cooling throughout the property, the split system in the lounge will keep you even more toasty warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom will also help keep you cool in our warm Summer months.

  Rental is in a great location a short walk from the centre of town. Clean and comfortable and well appointed house. Master bedroom is huge with an ensuite but other two bedrooms are a bit small. Aircon works great. Kitchen a bit small but has everything you need if you're cooking. Overall a good value rental with great service from Dickens real estate.

  At first glance we thought we got the dud house on the battle axe block. But after opening the door we soon realised we hired the best house in Bright. Very roomy for 5 blokes. Back courtyard for post ride wash down, bbq & beer banter 👍��

  This is a good property in a great location. Easy to walk to the shops and to the river. It's also a convenient location for starting bike rides and walks. The main downside was the cleanliness - while initially it seemed quite clean, upon closer inspection it was clear a thorough clean had not been done, with lots of dust under and around furniture etc.

  The customer service was fantastic and professional.
  The only issue we had was navigating the over - there is no temperature numbering on the dial. Also the door handles on the external doors do not have locks, so you have to unlock the dead locks to go outside. Small issues, otherwise fantastic.
