Turn your holiday world upside down in this brand new, beautifully and lovingly styled new holiday home.

Offering four bedrooms and three generous bathrooms, this double storey home has the living area upstairs to make the most of the surrounding outlook of Bright's hillsides.

The front and back yards are both fully enclosed offering you privacy and security and as 27 on Mountbatten is also dog friendly, your pooch will also be happy with your accommodation choice.

27 On Mountbatten is an easy walk to Bright's town centre and has been purpose built with your comfort in mind. The furnishings will add a little bit a luxe backdrop to your getaway.

This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays a part of the Dickens Real Estate Group.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 9 people)
Master Bedroom (upstairs) - King bed with ensuite and walk in robe
Bedroom two (downstairs) - Queen bed
Bedroom three (downstairs)- Queen bed
Bedroom four (downstairs) - Double bed and a single bed

All linen and towels are supplied.

LOUNGE, KITCHEN & DINING
The lounge, kitchen and dining area is upstairs at 27 On Mountbatten. The kitchen has everything you would expect, including stove, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher and is well stocked with a range of cooking equipment. The essential coffee machine is also present and is Nescafe pod compatible.

This property has WIFI

The indoor dining area is included in the open plan living area or you may choose to gather on the balcony to take in the views or you can also dine outside in the back yard.

The lounge area offers wall mounted Smart TV, two 3 seater sofas and a couple of armchairs and is a great area to relax with friends either around the gas burning fireplace in Winter or push back the balcony sliding doors to bring in the alpine breeze of a Summer evening.

HEATING & COOLING
All of the bedrooms downstairs have ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer and ducted heating/cooling upstairs will keep you comfortable all year round. A gas log fire in the lounge area will also keep you toasty warm and full of winter cheer.

BATHROOMS
There are three beautifully finished bathrooms. The main bathroom and the combined bathroom/laundry are downstairs and an ensuite bathroom is located upstairs off the master bedroom.

OUTDOORS
A gas BBQ is available in the garage which opens up into the back yard where you will find an outdoor table and chairs or if you are looking to breakaway from the group, you will find well placed café tables and chairs dotted around the yard for you to enjoy a quiet break.

PET POLICY
You are welcome to bring your dog to 27 On Mountbatten. Dogs MUST NOT be left unattended at the property. So that we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation, please ensure that you clean up after your pets. (2 dogs maximum).

LAUNDRY
A large laundry including a washing machine and dryer is available in the second downstairs bathroom. An iron and ironing board is also available.

PARKING
The single car garage is suitable for your car and your bikes and there is room for a second car on the driveway.

    We loved the stay. 3 couples on a quick get away from Melbourne. The house and amenities were wonderful. Easy walk to the town, shops, the canyon walk. We would have loved to stay a few nights longer. The kitchen was the most well equipped one we had ever stayed in. Fantastic.

    A wonderful location to experience Bright. Close walking distance to the main township and walking/bike trails.

    Clean and tidy home with modern facilities and well presented. The kitchen/living and bathrooms were beautiful.

    Had everything in the home you would need including baby gates, high chair etc for the little ones.

    Would definitely stay again.

    The views from the balcony were incredible and every window in the house takes this in.

    This was a great find. We have stayed here 2 years running, over the last weekend in January and love the house and its location. There are four really spacious bedrooms for a large group. It is configured more so for couples, which was fine for us. I parked the car and walked everywhere for four days. So convenient! The inside of the house was immaculate and has a proper large kitchen. We regularly cooked meals here, including a BBQ. The bathtub is awesome. The only fault this year was that none of the lawns had been mowed....for many, many weeks. The back lawn was over 1/2 metre tall. We had a dog with us, so finding their business in the tall grass was very challenging. I would not hesitate to re-book, though.

    Very good and well-situated property. My mom did complain about a piece of dirty linen in her room, and my brother, who's a germaphobe, about lack of slippers so he wouldn't have to walk around in outside shoes or socks. Apart from those, all good. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

    Didn't hurt that the weather was perfect too! A perfect house to accomodate multiple family groups and equipped with lovely appointments. Very effective gas heater upstairs but a bit cool downstairs (maybe has a seasonal temperature control system?). Three spacious bathrooms, one having a double shower! Older style BBQ, but works ok.
    Fabulous views from the deck and an easy walk into town.
    My only gripe would be the king bed in the main bedroom is really two singles pushed together with a topper. Personally I'd sooner a proper queen than a 'convertible ' king - I stay in a lot of hotels and this is personal bug-bear.
    Overall, we had a wonderful stay and all our guests raved about the house (all suggested we buy it - I wish!)
    Also has the cleanest garage I've ever seen.

    Love this house, it is modern, spacious and immaculately kept. It had everything you need for a large family and our dog. The house had lots of extra's like a second fridge in garage and a slow cooker, we used a few times. The linen and towels were divine. The owners of the house were so helpful and lovely people.     Absolutely beautiful home. Clean, modern, and spacious. Was so nice to be able to bring the dogs too. Comfortable rooms and lovely amenities. Only problems were that the downstairs heating (however portable heaters for BRs were supplied) and internet didn't work. Quiet street and easy 5 minute walk to town. We would definitely come back again.

It is a short and pleasant walk into the Bright township which has plenty to offer for everyone. We had a wonderful 4 night break in Bright and that was made possible by this great property.     This property is the best for a larger group of people. I have no complains than praises only! It is a home away home. We were so delight to see the facilities this house offered, ranging from fully equipped kitchen (with premium utensils, dish washer etc.), washing machine, dryer, smart tv, blue tooth speaker - to name a few. It is a short walk from splash park, a beautiful view from lounge/balcony. Also this was the best priced accommodation available in Bright when we booked in for mid March.     27 on Mountbatten is a dream property in such a wonderful location. Such a magnificent and spacious house in walking distance to main street of Bright, the brewery, eateries and the river. We had a magical 2 weeks here. It was also the most well-equipped holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We are looking forward to returning to this property!

    This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful! Comfy beds, amazing linen! The doonas and pillows were incredibly cosy and soft! Amazing location! Cosy heating! Honestly couldn’t fault! We can’t wait to return again!
