Welcome to your own private resort in Bright! This is where holiday memories are made! This stately, family residence is what holidays are all about with your own private tennis court and pool, the whole family can sit back relax and enjoy the gorgeous resort like surrounds. All you need is your novel and private chef to complete the scene.

With plenty of space for everyone to relax in this grand home indoors or outdoors you wont get underneath each others feet, a short stroll into the heart of Bright with plenty of restaurants/eateries and shops to choose from you can relax about what you need to cook in the country style kitchen and maybe just think about stocking the fridge and bar for cocktails and platters around the pool.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious with the main boasting an ensuite with bath and walk in robe, making 3 bathrooms in total the main with a spa. 2 living spaces allow the kids to have their own area making holidaying with 2 families very easy, plus a reading nook nestled away where you can sit and hide away from the kids. Wifi is available in the main house, with 2 bedrooms and one living room boasting smart tv's.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
Perfect sized kitchen for preparing alfresco lunches poolside or a sit down family meal inside. All the modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave and large family sized fridge with an ice and water dispenser complete with a Breville coffee pod machine. With the open plan kitchen & dining and easy access to the outside pool, BBQ this is a great house for the family to congregate. The dining table seats 8 people and another table located close by in the living area seats comfortably another 6.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
2 separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing at one end of the house on the "smart" tv and a quiet game of cards at the other. With 2 x 3 seater couches in both and a huge TV in one for watching your favourite movies on. A quiet reading nook is also a great spot to catch up on your holiday read or check those urgent work emails.

Heating: Central ducted heating and cooling in all rooms (please note the fireplace is not operational).

Ensuite: Spa bath, separate shower, toilet and vanity
Main Bathroom: Shower, full size bath and vanity. The toilet is separate.

Bathroom near laundry has a shower and toilet - access into house from the pool.

OUTDOORS
Featuring an in-ground pool (available October - April) and fantastic undercover entertaining area with gas BBQ, a full sized tennis court next to the pool, so don't forget to pack your racquets! Many happy memories will be created at this property.

  The house was amazing for a group stay. Very spacious, beautiful grounds, large heated pool and had a tennis court. The inside was very clean. The outside needed cleaning with spider webs over fences and on all windows. The windows had not been cleaned in a long time and the barbecue was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. For the price paid you would expect the outside would be clean as well. However we loved the time we had here. Walking distance to town and to a variety of cafes and restaurants We had kangaroos living in the grounds and so many birds. We had a wonderful time here and would come again.

  The property was grand - had all the amenities and space that created a wonderful
  comfortable atmosphere for a group of adults with kids, there were 10 of us in total - 6 adults and 4 children.
  Multiple lounge areas and a large communal dining table were all great for kids to play and adults to lounge and chat.
  The bathroom floors had heating which was a bonus!
  The central heating provided a comfortable temperature throughout the house.
  The kitchen was spacious, with induction cooktops and oven - we had a great time cooking up a feast.
  Coffee machine provided but unfortunately not the coffee - will remember for next time.
  We would definitely come back again, it was a great stay.

  This property was great for our group of 4 couples. It was homely and spacious. Very convenient to town and the bike tracks. We were there for the autumn leaves and to ride the rail trails. The property grounds are beautifully maintained and it was great to be able to park 4 cars on site.

  The Property was in a great position. Clean, Light & Airy. We thought that there could have been some simple instructions with the check-in pack, e.g. Wi-Fi login, location of bins and that the management put the bins out. We were disappointed that the fireplace could not be used. Also we thought that there should have been a broom & vacuum cleaner and a small bin in each bathroom.Those are just a couple of suggestions to improve the experience of your next visitors.

  We stayed here as a group to celebrate a bunch of birthdays. The house is very roomy & comfortable, and a few minutes walk into town. Well appointed, includes pool & tennis court, managing agent was very responsive to one minor issue. The house is set in extensive private garden & we were visited by wallabies.
