This well maintained and fitted out unit is perfect for a family getaway or 2 couples with 2 generous sized bathrooms, any easy stroll into town and on Bright's iconic Delany Avenue. It doesn't matter if you're in Bright to be active and outdoors or just to relax, stay indoors, sit outside on the patio and read a book, this property will suit. Lockable storage for your bike in the garage with a remote controlled roller door.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

A comfortable "Scandi" style 3 seater lounge with chaise plus single occasional chair located off the dining room in an open plan style. Smart TV and some board games to entertain the kids.
WIFI is available.

HEATING & COOLING
A reverse cycle split system is located in the loungeroom

Main Bathroom: Spa bath, separate shower, vanity, toilet
Ensuite: Shower, vanity and toilet

OUTDOORS
Amelia's House offers a north facing patio, with a 4 seater outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

    This property suited us for a week of mountain biking. A lock up garage was a bonus for keeping our bikes secure, and the electricity points in the garage were handy for charging e-bikes. The air con kept us cool, and the rooms were spacious. The WiFi was great. It was a 15 min walk to the Main Street. The only down side was the lawns weren’t mowed, we would have liked to have access to Netflix or similar. While it was a smart tv we couldn’t stream from iPads or laptop.

    The rental company has been clear and helpful. Amelia's house is heated when we checked in and porch light left on for us in case we came in in the dark. Open plan kitchen opens to the lounge/dining area makes the place nice and spacious. It had everything we need, looking forward to book again

    Very comfortable home with very good facilities. Needs a little maintenance inside but overall satisfactory plus. Location was very private and quiet. Only downside was that it is a little further from town that we would have liked.

    Nice size for a family of 4, having 2 bathrooms is great. Easy walk into town, walks along the river accessed from the back of the property. On main road but nice + quiet. Lock up garage great for the bikes. Fridge was not working properly, barely cold and runs flat out all the time.
