This well maintained and fitted out mini house is perfect for a family getaway or 2 couples.
Located in the beautiful heritage valley of Wandiligong you'll be tucked away behind an array of lush green foliage to enjoy the peace and quiet. Plenty of space outside for the kids to explore the gardens while you sit and watch with a cuppa or a glass of wine.
Inside has been newly styled to suit the ambiance of this property perfectly, includes a study nook for those who need to do a bit of work while away, or just sit and enjoy the sun shining through the windows with a nice book.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The well equipped and compact kitchen offers electric cooking, a dishwasher and the basic coffee making facilities. You'll be set from morning until night with the clean up being a breeze.

LOUNGE
The cosy loungeroom offers 2 comfy armchairs and a 2 seater couch right by the woodfire heater to keep you warm on those colder nights while you snuggle up and watch some netflix on the large smart TV. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system will keep you nice and cool in the summer and the woodfire heater will keep you extra toasty in the winter on those frosty mornings and chilly nights. Please note firewood is provided from May to September. You are welcome to BYO firewood (or purchase from the local supermarket) outside these times.

BATHROOM
This beautiful fully renovated bathroom will WOW you, complete with heated towel rails for that extra touch, a nice big shower and a separate toilet.

OUTDOORS
Take a seat on the front or back porch and relax while the kids explore the large grounds or do some exploring yourself with a couple of secret staircases that start in the backyard, you never know what kind of magic you'll find out in Wandi. There is also a shed with secure bike racks for 4 bikes.

PARKING
Parking for one car behind the roller door of the carport and space for 2 more cars in the driveway. Secure bike racks provided.

    Cosy little cottage located in a quite street. All modern appliances to make your stay hassle free. Very comfortable king size bed. Close to the Wandi Pub and only a couple of minutes drive to Bright. We very much enjoyed our stay!

    House was perfect location, quiet and what we needed. The only downside was the shower- the water would spray everywhere even up towards the door and we all nearly slipped over at one point because the slightest bit of water on the tiles made it a hazard.

    This property has a lot of potential, but fell short of expectations we had from the images we saw online. As soon as we walked into the house we were greeted with a old/ moofy smell and the house felt very dark. The garden was unkempt, which is a pity because it could be a lovely space for visitors to use. Positives included; the quiet and private location, bright and warm renovated bathroom, internet access, adequate heating.

    A lovely cosy cottage in a great location. The house is overlooked by a lot of trees which makes it dark, in the shade for most of the day & a bit on the cold side. I can imagine in winter with the fire going it would be lovely & cosy.
    The newly renovated bathroom is beautiful & the high quality washer & dryer very handy when you have a little one. The kitchen is a little tired but I’m sure the owner plans on renovating this next.
    Beautiful furniture & furnishing, just let down a little by all the cobwebs.

    The property description was accurate and the property was generally clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the bathroom. The walk-in shower was very useful for me as I have a bad back. I would recommend the property to others. My only problem would be that the beds were a little hard for my liking. The management provided very good service. Wandiligong and Bright are in a lovely area of the state with great views.
