A super modern brand new three bedroom townhouse located just a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Bright with the supermarket basically at your front door, this property is perfect for a family or three couples.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 6 people)
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite downstairs with Smart TV
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed upstairs with Smart TV
Bedroom 3 - 2 x King singles with Smart TV

**Please note: Bedroom 3 - bed can be joined to make a King. Additional fee of $50 applies and this MUST be requested at time of booking

All bed linen and towels provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
Everything you need is on hand to cook up a storm including extensive crockery, utensils, glassware and cookware. There is a full set of pots and an induction stovetop for efficient cooking and a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. The dining area is an open plan off the kitchen and lounge, the circular dining table seats 6 easily making conversations and catchups with friends and family a breeze.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The open plan living/kitchen/dining is spacious and modern overlooking the patio area into the backyard. Beautiful and stylish modern leather 3 seater and 2 seater lounge plus a large ottoman seat. A huge smart TV on the wall with a bluetooth soundbar will have your music and movie options sorted.

This property has WIFI.

HEATING & COOLING
A split system located in the lounge area and all 3 bedrooms keeps this townhouse cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is upstairs with a separate bath to soak in, shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. The main bedroom has an ensuite downstairs, plus there is a powder room in the entry hallway with toilet & hand basin.

OUTDOORS
Outside is a gas BBQ and 6 seater dining table and chairs. The neat backyard offers privacy and peace with a little clothesline.

PET POLICY
Summer Peaks is not a pet friendly property.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is located at the back of the home with a 9kg front load washing machine and inverter dryer. The clothesline is located on the back wall.

PARKING
The garage is suitable for one car with lockable storage and bike racks for your bikes. *Due to Body Corporation regulations additional vehicles are not to be parked on the common property and must be parked in the street. The property is equipped with an EV charger.

  This house is located within a 2 minute walk to the centre of Bright. We parked the car up in the garage and aside from visiting Mt Hotham, we didn’t need to use it for our entire trip. The house is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The most ammenties I’ve ever seen in an air bnb. Comfy beds, high end finishes and each room fitted with its own split system. The staff were also grata to deal with, I’d definitely recommend this place.

  A great way to relax in Bright was by staying in our accommodation nice and close to the centre of town, thereby almost eliminating the need to drive.
  We had extremely clean and well presented accommodation that doesn’t feel like it has aged from previous years. No signs of wear and tear.
