This modern cottage has everything you need for a perfect holiday in Bright. Highland Valley is a complex of 6 units, set in peaceful park-like grounds with the added bonus of a pool for guests to use. The cottage is spacious and modern with new furniture, crockery, cutlery and bedding, a reverse cycle split system and smart TV's, it is bright, modern and comfortable.
Located only one kilometre from the centre of Bright you have everything you need close by plus more. Take a ten minute stroll to Bright’s restaurants and shops, adjacent to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and very close to the Heritage Canyon Walk along the Ovens River.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group).

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

HEATING & COOLING
Split system heating and cooling and electric blankets on the beds. Additional heater in master bedroom wardrobe if required.

BATHROOM
Bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.

OUTDOORS
Plenty to enjoy outdoors at these cottages. At the cottage itself you can enjoy your own private veranda. In the warmer months, you can relax by the 10 metre, in-ground, salt water communal swimming pool while the kids go for a swim.

    Our family had a wonderful stay in this modern, clean and cozy cabin. The kitchen was well supplied and the bathroom had a lovely bath tub that the kids loved. The kids also enjoyed the pool despite being the cooler months.
    Access bike track right from the property and enjoy the scenery of the autumn leaves. Truly a wonderful escape and a place for much needed respite during school holidays. We look forward to visiting again!

The accommodation was exactly to our needs, really clean, comfortable, beautiful quiet location yet east walk to town and access right next to rail trail and to top it off a gorgeous bath!     Got everything you need. Kitchen is amazing, oven, microwave, sandwich press, coffee maker, complete with utensils, glass, plates, cookery, cleaning stuff, and even dishwasher! Got a regular fridge as well. Bath is awesome, modern looking tub and shower, comes with washer, dryer and even a clothes rack, which they could have provided detergent though. Two TVs as well more than enough for a small family!! Would love to stay again

    Very clean and in great condition. Short 10 minute walk to the centre of Bright. Front deck faces west so was great for afternoon sun and enjoying a casual drink. Communal BBQ area was clean and had all the utensils required. Frasers lane across the road takes you directly to the canyon walk along the river. With the rail trail less than a minute from the door, we found it to be a superb location and would not hesitate to book again
