Located on the famous tree lined Delany Avenue, close to Bright's Centenary park, shops and eateries, Le Chateau is ideally suited for two families or groups. Upstairs you will find five bedrooms and the main bathroom. Each of the beds is made up with linen for your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The ground floor is a great living space. Large living room with TV and woodfire.

KITCHEN/DINING
Fully equipped kitchen - electric cooktop, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine. Dining space with seating for 6-8 plus kitchen table for 6.

BATHROOMS
Le Chateau has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs as well as laundry facilities.

HEATING & COOLING
Split system air conditioning upstairs, downstairs and in every bedroom to keep you comfortable year round. As well as a woodfire heater for that extra warmth and ambience in Winter. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied (from May to September only). Additional firewood and supplies can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

OUTDOORS
Large back yard with plenty of space for the kids to run around. Comfortable outdoor setting and a gas BBQ. There is no access to the garage.

    Stayed at Le Chateau for a weekend away with a large group, house had everything, and I mean everything that we could have wanted or needed. Lock up garage and storage area for those expensive MTBs, didn't bring your bike? there'll be one in the garage you can use to cycle around town. Great space, large fully equipped kitchen and never felt cramped. Definitely would book Le Chateau again. Great value for money.

    We had a great long weekend in this retro charmer. It was comfortable and clean and felt like a well-loved family holiday home, with board games, books and a great kids play area under the stairs. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed coffee and BBQ meals in the back yard. The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved having breakfast in the brekky nook. While the layout of the upstairs bedrooms is somewhat idiosycratic, each room had aircon, comfortable beds and there was heaps of accommodation. We'll happily stay here again next time we stay in Bright.

    A group of five female friends stayed here for 10 nights whilst we learnt to paraglide in Bright. The house is great! The bedrooms are all upstairs and very comfortable (we all had our own room with double bed). There is aircon throughout which was awesome as we stayed in the height of summer, but the house stayed pretty cool even without it.

    It’s also really quiet - the sound doesn’t travel so you can’t hear people moving around or talking downstairs which was perfect (and would be perfect for families).

    Huge kitchen with lots of appliances and cooking equipment. Dishwasher, laundry. Two bathrooms.

    We were all really pleased with it and would definitely stay again. I think it would be awesome and very cosy in winter.

    The location is amazing. It’s pretty much as central as you can get.

    It’s a bit dated but it’s clean, spacious and feels very homely. Thank you!!!
