Becca's on Burke

Having been completely renovated including all new quality furniture & fit out, this unit now offers all the comforts of modern living plus more.

Both bedrooms have built in robes and smart TV’s, the bathroom is stunning with its walk-in shower and twin vanity. A thoughtfully laid out kitchen with plenty of bench and cupboard space along with a purpose-built breakfast bar, this unit really does have all that you need.

The lounge and dining offers space for all 4 guests comfortably to gather inside and when outside beckons, you will enjoy the raised timber decking as you sit under the party lights at the outside dining table with market umbrella.

The addition of the roller door turned the carport into a lockable garage that is ideal for a small car or to hang the bikes and there are two options for off street parking. You will also have a secure rear yard space for the kids or the pooch.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed (with smart TV)
Bedroom 2 - 2 x King singles (with smart TV)
Both bedrooms have a bedside lamps with a built in cordless phone charger, just put your phone on the base and let it charge!

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric cooking, microwave and a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy. All the utensils needed to prepare a full meal are provided, including knife sets, pots and baking dishes, cocktail shaker, air fryer, pancake and sandwich maker, nutri-bullet and there is even a picnic hamper for 2 to take to the river during your stay!

LOUNGEROOM/DINING
Chaise lounge with a dining table with seating for five. A large Smart TV and Wifi is connected at this property.

Split system heating and cooling in the lounge. Panel heater in twin bedroom and a ceiling fan in main room. Fast start electric blankets on all beds and summer/winter interchangeable doonas.

BATHROOM
Large walk in shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Second toilet located in the laundry. Hair dryer and straightener included!

LAUNDRY
Front loader washer with a second toilet. Dryer is located in the garage.


OUTDOORS
A large deck out the front with outdoor table and bench seats and a market umbrella. Out the back a neat and secure backyard with a BBQ and paved area and seating for 2.

  Great stay at Becca's on Burke! The accommodation could not be more central - a 30 second walk to the main street and close to everything. Every appliance you could want in kitchen and bathroom and the place was impeccably clean. Do note no heater in the master bedroom. Heating in the rest of the accommodation and second room were great. Would definitely stay again.

  My last visit to Becca's was probably no. 6. Not to sure. I love staying at Becca's for these reasons.
  1. Location is right in Bright.
  2. Clean and neat. Excellent inclusions eg hair-dryer straightener, other hair tools. Soap, hair shampoo, conditioner, face washers! Yes!
  3. The kitchen has the best quality cooking appliances. You'll even find cling wrap, alfoil, the best set up! Fabulous.
  4. Laundry fully equipped.
  5. I'm allowed to have my spoodle Millie stay with me, at Becca's so grateful as I'd lost Brian awhile back.
  6. Shops, restaurants etc all on your doorstep. I don't have to drive for morning coffee. Millie is welcome at so many establishments.
  I've booked again for next year.
  This visit, I met Alexa the hub nest! Holey Moley, Becca's has it all.

  We had a lovely 3 night stay here in Bright. The place is fabulously located within a minute from the main Bright city centre shops, across the road from the Railway bike track and a 5 minute walk from the Owen river trail. The cottage itself has obviously been refurbished recently with all modern amenities. 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms with lovely electric blankets. 3 television sets. A well equipped kitchen with thoughtful good quality cookingware and appliances. I didn't use the BBQ because of the cooler weather but can imagine it would be a treat to use in the warmer months. I had a faultless stay.

  We stayed 3 days for the Spartan Trifecta weekend. Initially we weren’t sure it was the right place as we couldn’t find a number outside. The property was as described on the website, very nicely furnished, organised with clean modern furnishings and good wifi. Everything was modern and all the items I needed were there for cooking etc. all the appliances worked. A lot of care has been put into making this a great holiday home. There were detailed instructions about how the property should be left when leaving. Rather a complicated recycling system where we were left with questions and not wanting to do the wrong thing. The property was evidently clean however possibly some chemicals had been left which had resulted in some dead crickets around the place. The property was in an excellent location and we could walk to everything we needed. We would have preferred two sets of keys as there were three of us staying there. This is a really lovely property and we would recommend it to others.

  We spent 2 nights there for our day trip up Falls Creek. The key pick up and drop off was easy and well communicated. The location of the rental was just off the heart of town which was easily accessible by walking. The house was well decorated, clean and modern. The electric blankets were a real bonus and kids enjoyed having a TV in their room. It was just the perfect escape and I could easily stay a few more days if I was in town for longer.
