CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
Plenty of space in this kitchen, a separate butler’s pantry with a full-sized fridge/freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast with plenty of bench space, microwave, huge oven and gas cooktop and the essential holiday appliance, a dishwasher. Some added extras include a rice cooker, a slow cooker, a Soda Stream and let's not forget the Nespresso Coffee machine – it’s going to be hard to leave and eat out at our many awesome restaurants and cafés. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to gather. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
This amazing property has 2 living areas, one for the kids to sit and watch TV and one for the adults in front of the huge rock fireplace with a magazine and a glass of local wine. Another area off the bedrooms enables any work from home or study options with a desk area and extra bean bags to hang out in. Both lounge areas have Smart TV’s
WIFI is included at this property.
HEATING & COOLING
Slow combustion wood fire in the living room, ducted heating and cooling in the rest of the house. Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

PET POLICY
Well behaved pets are welcome upon request. *Please note this property is fully fenced however, the front gate/fencing is more suited to medium – large dogs. Small dogs MAY be able to get out under the fencing.
