With five bedrooms, sleeping ten people, this split-level home is sure to please and accommodate the whole extended family.
Upstairs is dedicated to the master bedroom, with ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioner and a balcony overlooking the Ovens River.
The main living area is located on the middle floor with an open plan kitchen, dining and large lounge area with two leather lounge suites.
Downstairs is a large family and games area with a billiard table, table tennis, some seating and large double doors opening up to the backyard. You will also find another three bedrooms and a bathroom with spa bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

This property can also be booked alongside its sister property, Riversong which can accommodate up to 6 people.

This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays, part of the Dickens Real Estate group.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open plan kitchen and dining flowing into the main lounge room makes this a great house for the family to gather together. The dining table has enough room to comfortably fit 10 people with windows looking out to the rolling backyard which meanders down to the Ovens river. A wraparound verandah at the back enables you to eat inside or outside with ease.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
2 separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing downstairs in the house, a quiet game of cards upstairs and a game of pool going on as well. All the spaces have large couches, TVs and heating and cooling options making this house ideal year-round.

Heating: Woodfire combustion heating plus split system AC heating/cooling - Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets and service stations.

    What a beautiful house. The sound of a million frogs from the Ovens at night, the view of snow on Mt Buffalo and the endless areas to explore for the children. The house was beautifully appointed and very warm and comfortable. Now to visit in summer and use the gorgeous deck!

    We had a great week staying at River Verse. The house was very well set up and ideal for two families with plenty of space inside and out. We loved the views, the access to the Ovens River and riding our bikes into Bright.
