Step inside to the oversized tiled entrance and the large four-bedroom, three-bathroom layout will feel homely and inviting from the moment you arrive. Soaring timber ceilings combine beautifully with the exposed beams and feature brickwork to create a cosy yet light-filled interior.

All this is set in a peaceful and elevated location, in a quiet court, only a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Bright and all that town has on offer.

If you are after a chalet-inspired holiday haven to bring the family and friends for a holiday with a modern & comfortable fit out, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the busy metropolis of Bright then this must be the property for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

KITCHEN & DINING
An open-plan kitchen and dining area for dinner with family and friends has all the modern conveniences like dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking and enough pots and pans for feeding the family. Cooking will be a joy in the kitchen with plenty of prep space and storage along with a raised breakfast bar & stools, and what an outlook when you’re washing the dishes!
With a dining table to seat 8 and ample space while looking out at the view you will be arguing about which side of the table you are sitting on!

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Two separate living areas mean that there can be movies playing at in one area of the house, a quiet game of cards or scrabble in another. A huge modular couch in the main lounge room and Smart TV. A cupboard dedicated for books, games and puzzles for those colder rainy days or after a big day outside in the sun.
WIFI is available.

HEATING & COOLING
Under floor heating and split system air conditioners makes this house ideal all year round.

    Travelling through the high country with a group of friends. It was lovely staying all together in such a beautiful house in a tranquil setting. Kitchen was fully functioning with lovely appliances and crockery. Heating was great and heated floors a bonus. Perfect stay.

    This place is in great location with spectacular views. The property was so clean and well managed. All required items were there. Barbeque grill was clean and tidy. Very well managed property where you and your family can just go and relax. Key pick up was very easy. Overall this was one of those holiday property where we would love to stay again if we go to bright again. I would just suggest if there could be some more lighting in the backyard in the barbeque area and table. Overall 5 star rating!!!

    Amazing view, quite place, 3 min from bright central,
    Close to the river for a swim, beautiful drive to a lot of activities such as fishing, Lookout, fruit farm or animal farm, bike ride or hiking is just around the corner......

    The house was great, so well appointed. Had everything we needed and appreciated the high quality furnishings. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for a while though as there were a few spiders and spiderwebs about.

    Beautiful home, extremely spacious with magnificent views. Very well equiped kitchen with quality crockery, cutlery and appliances. Basic spices, sauces and rolls of baking paper and aluminium foil supplied. Shampoo, conditioner and soap supplied. Spotless white sheets and towels. Good supply of books, quality magazines, cookery and travel books. Quality selection of books for the little travellers. Although the property is located walkable distance to the Rail Trail it was not possible for our party to walk to the Rail Trail due to the steep downhill to reach it as we had 2 small children and a toddler in a pusher. Otherwise everything was perfect.
