Make your way through to find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/dining room with Smeg & Miele appliances, bathroom with shower over bath and a casual dining space that leads further outside to the rear verandah that makes for a fabulous space to soak up the morning sunshine and overlooks your private rear yard.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Spacious kitchen with gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher. Everything you need in the cupboards to stay in and enjoy a homecooked meal.

LOUNGEROOM/ENTERTAINMENT
Comfortable lounge seating for 4, TV & DVD player. A quiet, 1800’s style living room to sit and read a book.
WIFI is available at this property.

HEATING/COOLING
Panel heaters and ceiling fans in each bedroom, split system heating & cooling in the loungeroom. Extra gas heating in the second dining area for those chillier winter nights.

BATHROOM
Separate toilet and shower over bath.

LAUNDRY
There is not a separate laundry but there is a washing machine in the kitchen space.

OUTDOORS
There is a verandah out the front and back with beautiful gardens to look over and sit in the sunshine. A BBQ is located on the top verandah off the second dining room.

PARKING
There is a carport space for one car, another car can be parked behind in the driveway.

    We stayed at Annandale House for 3 nights during the Bright Autumn festival and loved it. A beautiful old character home with antique furnishings, 2 lovely bedrooms and plenty of space to be very comfortable in. The home has excellent heating and a beautiful deep bath in the bathroom. It was immaculately clean throughout. The gardens are so lovely with the backyard having a stunning liquid amber tree. The house has a gorgeous back verandah which we thought was a real highlight of the home with original wrought iron surrounds. The house is about a kilometre walk from the town but well worth the walk along tree lined stunning Coronation Avenue. I would highly recommend this home to a couple who are looking for a stay in an older home with plenty of character. This is a home with real soul!
