Our Place on Mountbatten, with its fantastic location, timeless appeal and array of features is a must to book.

CANCELLATION POLICY – STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (sleeps 6)
Bedroom 1 – 1 x King bed
Bedroom 2 – 2 x Single beds *Beds can be joined to create 1 x King bed however this request must be made at the time of booking or it may not be possible.
Bedroom 3 (bungalow, separate from house) – 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Day bed *more suitable for a child and available only upon request. Request must be made at the time of booking to ensure the bed can be made up.

BATHROOM
Consists of a large walk-in shower, corner spa bath, toilet and vanity.

KITCHEN & DINING
A good size kitchen with electric cooking, a coffee pod machine, plenty of bench space and of course, the essential dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze! Dining seating for 6.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Open plan living area, Smart TV, WIFI. Plenty of books and some boardgames available too. Everything you need for winding down of an evening.

HEATING & COOLING
Each bedroom features a split system air conditioner, as well as a split system in the lounge with the added comfort and ambiance of a gas log fire.

LAUNDRY
Located off the bathroom, featuring a washer and dryer for your convenience during those longer stays.

OUTDOORS
Two beautiful outdoor sitting areas in an incredibly neat and appealing yard space, fully secure & hidden behind the sliding front gate.

PARKING
This property offers triple undercover parking spaces, all sitting inside a fully lockable yard.
