CANCELLATION POLICY - FLEXIBLE
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 7 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen overlooks the open plan living and dining space making it perfect for entertaining with friends and family. Complete with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and plenty of storage and bench space.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
A large L-shaped couch with enough space for everyone, WIFI, Smart TV and a beautiful brick feature wood fireplace in the background to keep you toasty on those winter nights. There is also a second living space set up as the kids playroom.
HEATING & COOLING
Ducted heating and cooling throughout with zone control, and the fireplace for the extra warmth and ambiance.
*Please note this property does not supply firewood. Should you wish to use the fireplace you will need to purchase your own firewood from the local supermarkets or service stations. A starter supply of firelighters and matches will be provided.
BATHROOM
Walk-in shower, bathtub and vanity with the toilet separate.
OUTDOORS
A large undercover entertaining area off the dining room, fully enclosed backyard plus a lockable storage shed for the bikes.
PET POLICY
Velo Station is NOT pet friendly.
