CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

The large modern kitchen has gas cooking, a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine to gather around the island bench with your morning coffee plus a 6 seater dining table to fit everyone around for family breakky.
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
The open plan living space is where you will relax for family movie night complete with a Smart TV & WIFI or wind down with a good book and the slow combustion ticking over in the background.
HEATING & COOLING
In the loungeroom a woodfire heater and a split system, panel heaters in each bedroom as well as ceiling fans for those warmer summer nights. *Please note that a starter amount only of firewood and kindling is available during the winter months. Once run out, you will need to purchase your own from the service stations or local supermarket. (Wood supply from May to September).
BATHROOM
Spacious bathroom with the shower over the bath, basin and toilet plus a second toilet/powder room off the kitchen.
LAUNDRY
Complete with washer and dryer for your convenience.
OUTDOORS
Off the living space you'll find a large undercover entertaining deck with a BBQ, perfect for those summer nights spent outside.
A lockable bike shed to put your mind at ease with a bike pump and bucket and brush to give them a clean up.
The yard is also fully enclosed and there is parking for 2 cars out the front.
PET POLICY
Millie's Retreat is a pet friendly property. We ask that you do not leave pets unattended at properties or allow them on furniture inside. Please clean up after your pets inside and outside to avoid extra cleaning charges and to ensure we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation. We thank you for your co-operation.
