CANCELLATION POLICY - STRICT POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 28 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 28 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Beautiful & spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large island bench to enjoy your morning coffee around with the family & friends that you're holidaying with. Featuring a 5 burner gas cooktop, double electric oven as well as a dishwasher for your convenience.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Enough seating for everyone to relax and watch a movie in the evening on the Smart TV, wifi is available to stream all your favourites.

HEATING & COOLING
A wood fire heater in the loungeroom to cosy up by in the winter, ceiling fans and panel heaters in every room for extra comfort no matter what time of the year. A split system air conditioner in the loungeroom too.

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a bathtub, walk in shower and vanity with the toilet separate. The ensuite features a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
A spacious deck with outdoor seating to sit out on those warm days and watch the kids or dogs run around the large, grassed and fully enclosed backyard area. A BBQ for those summer evenings and a lockable bike shed for your peace of mind.

LAUNDRY
Features a washing machine and a small room off the side that can be used as an office if you're on a working holiday or a storage room for the snow gear after a day on the slopes!

PARKING
Double undercover carport plus room for 1-2 extra cars in the driveway.

Best Times Chalet is a pet friendly property. In order for us to continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you please read the terms and conditions around pets in our holiday properties. Please ensure you clean up after your pets (cleaning charges will apply), keep them off the furniture and refrain from leaving them unattended for long periods of time in an area they are not familiar with. We ask that you certainly do not leave them unattended inside the property. Thank you for co-operation.

    We had booked the property for my husband's birthday weekend and we had the adult children with us plus a few dogs, property was ideal for us all. Garden space excellent for the dogs to run outside and as the flooring is polished concrete no problems with the dogs being inside either. Lots of walks nearby & cafes / pubs as well.

    This was a very pleasant visit, nothing at all went wrong and the property was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property itself was spacious and clean, perfect for our group of 8, the yard was most enjoyable to hang out in with the young one and safe for the dogs to play in also. Definitely recommend this property and will stay here in the future.
