CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feed the whole family, features a dishwasher too for an easy clean up! Dining seating for 6 but the table can extend to 8 if you need it a little bigger.
LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge area features a Smart TV, DVD and CD player. Offering an enclosed wood fire to keep you toasty in winter as well as a split system air conditioner for the warmer months and extra comfort.
*Please note that WIFI is not connected at this property.
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY
The main bathroom offers a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an added powder room at the other end of the house near the other 2 bedrooms. *The washing machine is located in the main bathroom.
OUTDOORS
Enjoy a BBQ on the deck on those warm, summer nights. The large, fully fenced grassed yard is great for the kids to run around your dog is welcome too.
PARKING
There is parking available for 2 cars. Please note that the 2 spaces are not easily noticeable. There is one spot right in front of the gate (be careful not to drive all the way down the neighbours driveway) and one space over the concrete slab next to that.
PET POLICY
The Cabin is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.
