The Banya Place

Located only 25 minutes walk from Bright Brewery on the shores of Ovens river, this unique property of about 1.5 acres is nestled within the forest of National Park with only you and the nature around. Spacious 3-bedroom cabin with a fireplace and air conditioning providing accommodation for up to 8 people, plus the option to camp for an additional 16 people. *Please note that the bathrooms are located OUTSIDE. There are no bathrooms/toilets inside the cabin.

With super comfortable bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and fast broadband internet it can be perfect for extended stays.
Outside you’ll find 2.2m diameter stainless steel spa, a large Sauna trailer, an outdoor shower and a firepit with a BBQ grill option. Get the Bluetooth speaker and outdoor projector connected and enjoy a cinema night under the stars while relaxing in the spa.
There are two toilet/shower rooms located OUTSIDE the cabin each containing a toilet, shower & basin, with one also featuring a washing machine.

There are an additional 4 campsites available for any overflow – got a big family reunion coming up and need space for everyone? These spots can accommodate 4 people per site. *Additional charges apply per campsite. Total of 16 guests allowed outside.
This spot really is something special for those who appreciate something different and want the thrill of camping with some added comforts.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Beds layout: 2x King size beds, 2x single beds, 1x Bunk bed (double + single).

BATHROOMS
There are two toilet shower rooms located OUTSIDE. *Please note there are no bathrooms inside the cabin.

KITCHEN & DINING
A well equipped kitchen featuring an island bench, dishwasher, fridge & microwave. There is a 4 burner electric cooktop and the microwave does have an oven feature however no full size oven.

LOUNGEROOM
Comfy couches & enough space for everyone to sit back and enjoy a movie indoors. WIFI available for the smart TV.

HEATING & COOLING
Woodfire heater in the loungeroom as well as a split system air conditioner to keep you cool in the warmer months.

LAUNDRY
Washing machine is located in one of the shower rooms outside, with an outdoor laundry trough behind these rooms.

OUTDOORS
Large decking on the cabin with a gas BBQ.
Featuring an outdoor spa, a woodfired sauna, an outdoor firepit with a grill feature, outdoor shower, plus plenty of space to run around and explore. Extra camping spots that are available UPON REQUEST ONLY *extra charges apply.

PET POLICY
The Banya Place is pet friendly however please note that the property is not fully fenced so pets will need to supervised.
