CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

Enough seating for the whole family to stretch out! A smart TV and fireplace for that extra warmth. *Please note this property does not yet have WIFI as this is still being arranged. Phone data will need to be used to make use of streaming services on the smart TV.
HEATING/COOLING
A woodfire in the loungeroom, split system heating and cooling in the dining and the added luxury of a split system in every bedroom (except the 4th bedroom) and ceiling fans in every bedroom.
BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom featuring basin, toilet and shower, main bathroom features a bath, shower, basin with a separate toilet.

Featuring a washer, dryer as well as an extra fridge for any overflow of food or drinks.

An undercover carport for one car but there is ample space inside the gates for multiple cars.
