Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday house, ideally situated close to town. This inviting retreat boasts newly renovated bathrooms, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay. Gather around the cosy fireplace in the evenings, or enjoy the expansive and secure backyard, perfect for families and groups. Whether you're looking to explore the nearby attractions or simply relax in a homey atmosphere, this holiday house offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.

Fully equipped, including a dishwasher for your convenience. Electric cooking, large fridge, plenty of bench space.

LOUNGEROOM/ENTERTAINMENT
Enough seating for the whole family to stretch out! A smart TV and fireplace for that extra warmth. *Please note this property does not yet have WIFI as this is still being arranged. Phone data will need to be used to make use of streaming services on the smart TV.

HEATING/COOLING
A woodfire in the loungeroom, split system heating and cooling in the dining and the added luxury of a split system in every bedroom (except the 4th bedroom) and ceiling fans in every bedroom.

BATHROOMS
Ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom featuring basin, toilet and shower, main bathroom features a bath, shower, basin with a separate toilet.

LAUNDRY
Featuring a washer, dryer as well as an extra fridge for any overflow of food or drinks.

OUTDOORS
Spacious outdoor area, fully enclosed and secure fencing. BBQ available for outdoor entertaining.

PARKING
An undercover carport for one car but there is ample space inside the gates for multiple cars.
